1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Somali Hub (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
Somali Hub is a platform for discovery and publication of Somali culture, tourism, news and community content. The Service may also include creator tools (Creator Studio), creator earnings analytics, and payout request workflows.
Some features may require an account or may be enabled/disabled by administrators.

- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
- Suspension/termination: We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
4. User Content (Submissions & Publishing)
“User Content” includes any text, images, video, listings, links, or other materials you submit, upload, or publish through the Service.
- Ownership & permissions: You must own your User Content or have all necessary rights to publish it (including rights in photos, videos, music, and trademarks).
- Accuracy & transparency: If you publish cultural or historical information, you should aim for accuracy and clarity. If you publish listings or product-related information, you must be truthful about condition, origin, and material facts.
- Public visibility: Published content may be publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines.
5. License You Grant to Somali Hub
You grant Somali Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical purposes), publish, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate and promote the Service.
You can remove your User Content where the Service allows, but copies may remain in backups or where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Upload malware, spam, or abusive automated requests.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including attempts to manipulate views, earnings, settlements, or payout processes.
7. Creator Studio, Earnings & Payout Requests
Certain creator features may allow you to view earnings estimates, accept creator terms within the dashboard, submit payout requests, and provide payout/payment profile details.
- Feature availability: Creator and payout features may be enabled or disabled for any account at our discretion.
- Estimates vs. verified earnings: Any earnings shown may be estimates. Payout eligibility may depend on verified/locked settlement records and platform rules.
- Minimum payout thresholds: Minimum payout amounts may apply and can vary by user or site settings.
- One pending request: To reduce fraud and mistakes, we may limit accounts to one pending payout request at a time.
- Payment details: You are responsible for providing accurate payout information. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payment details you provide.

- Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their policies.
9. Marketplace-Style Listings & Transactions (If Applicable)
If the Service includes listings or seller/buyer interactions, Somali Hub is a platform only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not a party to any transaction between users.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
